Custom Dip Molding of a Squirrel Call Bellow for the Outdoor Sporting Industry

In 1985 we developed this product for our first customer, used as part of a hunting call; it’s designed to draw in squirrels and other small game for hunting and recreation. Composed of PVC, it utilizes our dip molding capabilities and features dimensions of 3.500″ in length, 1.585″ outside diameter, and 0.055″ in thickness. Manufactured with a matte black finish, we met tolerances of ±0.005″ throughout the production run. Quality is maintained through routine dimensional and visual inspections, as well a weight checks. We own the tooling for this product and supply it to many companies in the hunting call industry. Produced in run sizes of 100 to 30,000, and packaged in boxes of 450, we can turn orders around in 1 to 2 weeks.
